Need to know what type od LED is used for Android Notification lights

Specifically the HTC Vivid, but if they're all the same, then great. I'm replacing a burnt out LED on a friends phone and I can't find what type of LED is used. SMD, of course, but I need to know which model number, or how small. I need to know ASAP if you guys can help! Thanks in advance!

A Google search came up with nothing. Try a repair center for the part number.

Exactly. That's why I asked here, going someone took one apart before. But I guess I'll try calling someone.
