I am new to the droid modding. I have a cool green and black biohazard background for my phone, and I would like matching icons, or at least something that is green and black. and I need to know how to install it.

go over to the droid hacks section of this forum and read up on some of the different frameworks they have.
or download a home replacement app like sweeterhome or home++
