I've been trying to mount my SD card and my computer (running 64 bit Windows 7) won't recognize it. I went to device manager to try to add the device and twice it brought up a horrible screen with a blue box and something about a crash dump (scary) and it closed everything down while I sat and worried until it started up again. I even tried formatting the card (without realizing that I would lose the tunes I bought from Amazon) and that seems to do nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I love the phone (coming from many years of various Palms--last one Centro). Be kind please--I'm a 74 year old Grandma and I didn't grow up using this stuff!
