need help

I just installed the rom gummyjar 2.1. I followed all the directions including wiping data. bootstrapper installed it fine but my phone has been stuck on the screen that says GummyJar at the bottom. This is the same screen that would have the droid eye. What do I do. Need help fast

it takes a while the first time. possibly 5 or more minutes.
