Need help with fascinating sense theme

I want to install the fascinating sense theme. I downloaded it and I'm not sure how to get it to install. I've never installed a theme before or anything for that matter. I've rooted with the stock ebo1 leak with touchwiz and bloat. I downloaded sc2.9 but haven't installed it. I need to know how to install themes, cause I'm a complete noob at this. Please help.

you can odin your phone to 2.9.2 superclean
then boot the red clockwork recovery
wipe cache and dalvik cache
install zip card - install the theme you downloaded
reboot phone

if you boot into samsung recovery the blue one just press the home button on the update zip thingy then you should get into red clockwork recovery

I have to be on 2.9.2? Cause I'm already on 2.9 but I can't seem to get into cwm recovery. I don't think its installed.

Turn the phone off
hold vol up + vol dwn+ pwr button for 12 seconds
should go into CWMR if not and your already on SC v2.9.2 then go here and ODIN the SC v2.9.2 .tar.md5 again

If you don't have clockwork mod recovery installed....all you need to do is ODIN this http://adbdev.com/danknub/cwm-recovery-ALL-3-30-FIX.tar There's no need to unzip or anything, simply put that file in the PDA section in ODIN.

Search for LauncherPro Sense UI docks....you will have to assign a custom Sense themed dock in LP settings under appearance
Just save the dock to your sd card and go into appearence,custom, and assign it from your sd card
