Need help selecting droid!

hi, i'm gonna get a new phone soon, and idk which one

i can get a droid 2 or x for 149, but then i dont get custom roms..

or i can get the old droid for free! and i plan to root it to 800mhz and use bugless beast with froyo 2.2

so i need help, which one??

but ultimately its personal preference. you have to decide what you want/need most

My suggestion -- go to a VZW store and play with both. One may feel better and meet you need better. The decision is personal preference.
