Need Help Please

I really messed up. I rooted to girlfriends Incredible and tried out a few different Roms. Only 1 problem I forgot to do a nandriod backup of the stock Rom and now need to go back to stock with root. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this please help. I am in the dog house now?:icon_evil:

Assuming you used Unrevoked to root it:

Also... nandroid. If you root, it's your new religion. Do it regularly and don't forget.

Thanks everyone. I got the phone back to stock.
