OKAY SO I ROOTED MY PHONE GOT ROM MANAGER FROM THE MARKET ITS VERISON IS v3.0.0.2 AND I CANT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING IVE TRIED EVERYTHING REALLY EVERYTHING CANT DOWNLOAD A THEME OR ANYTHING PLEASE HELP OUT THANK YOU

Well the developers website is currently down so you can't get it for free and it is absolutely essentiall for flashing roms/themes

You can't flash roms without a custom recovery image and bootstrap is the way you get it. What do you mean what's wrong with your current rom?

I can download the theme it makes me reboot my droid x then after that nothing like nothing even happened

I know. Its because you don't have bootstrapper. Rom manager is absolute, worthless, space wasting, nothingness without the bootstrapper.
