My current rom doesnt have camera app.

There are quite a few decent and mostly free camera apps on the Google Store.

New Camera/Gallery app pulled from the Google Play edition phones. Download the apk and install it like normal. No need to go into /system/app/ and start replacing and tweaking permissions.
