Need App

On my old Motorola phones when the phone rang instead of a ringtone it would say the name of the person calling if they were in my contact list. Does anyone know if there is a App that would do this on the Incredibile. Thanks.

Funny u say that, my dads phone does that. He has a Samsung R430.

Here is what I have done on all my recent phones. Get a text to voice program that makes mp3s. There are some fir free online. Then type in what you want it to say. Save as mp3. Put on your phone and set that as a custom ringtone for that contact. Reapeat for each contact.
