Need a good charger

Can someone recommend to me a good cheap charger that will charge both my phone and extra battery at the same time. I bought this 4 dollar cheap crap off ebay and it makes my phone go haywire and starts making it dial numbers and send out random text messages and visit any website possible. While not even charging the phone...

Sometimes you have to choose one as a priority over the other (e.g. "good" or "cheap"). There's an interesting notion that people seem to have that you can max out every single attribute of a product when in reality there are always compromises to be made.

I generally don't purchase non-OEM accessories without checking reviews and would recommend that approach.
