I accidently chose vz navigator as my default navigator.....I don't wanna use it cuz they charge u for it and Google maps is better.....how can I undo this ???

You should be able to go into manage apps, and select all, then find vz navigator and select clear defaults.

It doesn't show up as an under this list unless showing another name

Just checked it on my phone and it is there listed as VZ navigator.

Look under "all apps" the default is "downloaded"
