Nandroid help please

I keep trying to install UD8 through sbrecovery and it keeps "exiting at 25"
I have tried every way I know how to change filename to update and it never works.
My file is setup like this.....nandroid/ud-eXtreme-8.0.0-sholes

are you trying to install a nandroid backup or are you trying to install UD8 for the first time?

don't put the UD file in your nandroid folder.

leave it on the root of your SD card. (ie not in any folder)

Make sure it's named update.zip

in Sprecovery choose to allow update.zip installation and then install update.zip

No. Do not unzip.

The install process will actually unzip the file. Just leave the .zip file on the root of the sd card and apply installation. Should solve your issue.

FYI, anything in the nandroid folder needs to be 'restored' thru the backup/restore option in sprecovery.

any ROM installs thru sprecovery must be done thru the update.zip option.
