Error: nandroid exited with status 20 -PLEASE HELP

I tried to update my Motorola Droid to Froyo 2.2 and I was at the last step of rebooting my phone and it froze at the Motorola Splash screen and never rebooted. Then, I went into Recovery Mode and tried to perform an Advanced Nandroid Restore and got the following message: "Error: nandroid exited with status 20" Now my phone can not reboot. Please help...any suggestions?

I do not know what causes error 20. Are you positive that was the error code?

I haven't done this in a while, so some of the details escape me.

But if you get an error message, then immediately plug into adb and type this:

adb shell
busybox cat /tmp/recovery.log
exit

And look at the last lines, you may get some more insight.
