Hello, all. I have a Droid Razr Maxx.
I noticed "My Verizon Data" GB data icon did not reset after my cycle date passed.
So, I tried to access "My Verizon Mobile"...............after entering username and password, I get "User name and password do not match." I know the username and password are correct as they allow my to view my account through my desktop.
I called Verizon and was told this was known issue and should be resolved by week's end.
Is this unusual and is anyone else experiencing this same issue?
Is there another way to have up-to-date monitoring of one's data usage?
