My screen goes black

Hi,
My name is honey123. I bought a Droid Razr a few months ago and I'm totally overwhelmed. When I'm talking using my Bluetooth, the screen goes black and I can't get back to the menu. Regardless of which icon I push the screen stays black. I can't end the call except by powering off with the off button.

Welcome to Droid Forums. I am not sure about your problem, hopefully someone who knows a little more about the Razr will jump in and share some insight with us. Hopefully it will get all sorted out.

Have you tried pressing the unlock button on the side? I've never used Bluetooth but I would imagine that the screen turns off when in a call with Bluetooth.

Welcome to the forums honey123! Try zomnomnombie's suggestion... press the power button for a second and your screen should turn back on. The screen turns off automatically to save battery. If that doesn't work then let us know and we can troubleshoot some more.
