Droid incredible goes black during call

Hi,
during some calls I dialed the screen goes black and non of the buttons are working not even the top one on/off.
I see this happening when dialing to verizon voice mail or #DATA.

Its very annoying because I cannot disconnect that call until the other side ending it.
Any Idea?

Try cleaning the area above your screen with a soft cloth. You could have gunk on your prox sensor.

Thanks spaz33g there is something about it,
when I hold my finger over the top left corner the screen goes black and non of the buttons works.
when I remove my finger it wakes up.
I have a great holster should I make a hole in the holster or can I set something in the phone so it wont go black?

I don't think there's a setting for it so if your holster covers the prox sensor then ya it might be a good idea to make a little hole.
