My Phone Won't Update

So I got a replacement phone the day after the the new update came out but for whatever reason my phone won't update to it. It does checking for software updates and then disappears, thats it. I also see the thing in the notification bar but it disappears the same time the box goes bye bye. Please help.

I have same problem. Tried new sim card, same o. I downloaded the ruu and installed. Everything is fine.
