My Phone Won't Activate

I just sbf'd and for some reason when I press 1 to activate it just asks me to give my phone number and then tries to transfer me to an agent. Then it says they are closed. Have they changed it where an agent has to activate your phone now?

Thats weird, I just sbf'd mine yesterday and it updated no problem at all.
Maybe its cause it was so late at night when you tried?
Maybe verizon temporarily had their service down?

Yea I think it was temporarily down. It worked fine now.
