When I go to Settings -> about device-> status ->My Phone Number shows as unknown.

SIM 1 - The number is shown correctly
SIM 2 - Unknown

*#*#4636#*#* - Does not work

How can I add my number on to the SIM without rooting my device?

Android 12
One UI 4.1
Samsung SM-A715F/DS (Galaxy A71)

Adding a number on to the SIM I did a long time ago using a Blackberry phone. Never found a method to do this from a smartphone.
This is not a big issue, nor does it have any effect on the working of the phone - just that I like to take that 'Unknown' away!
