My Note II won't shut up

Every time I do a Google Search or use Facebook it says out loud what I click on. It's incredibly annoying - any idea how to get it to stop?

I have no option that says Talkback..

Not there... but I turned off Enhance Web Accessibility and that may have done the trick - testing it now.

Now I still have the issue of why over 90% of my memory is full - it's running slow.

Hmm that's weird, usually TalkBack comes preinstalled. Try installing from play store and then turning it off.

I went to download it and it said disabled and gave me the option to enable.
