I got the note 4 about 2 months ago and the battery has been dying faster thank heck. I did a little research and found out that the indexing service is killing it. I also read that it should only do this for the first couple of days. I've had this for a bit now. Any suggestions or insight on this problem? here's a screen shot of it. I already force stopped the service about a week ago and that helped but now it's back up to draining it again

Do you have a Micro SDCard in your phone? Sometimes removing it, backing up the contents to a PC, wiping the Micro SDCard, then reloading it with the data, reinserting it into the phone solves the Index Servicing bug.

Most times it is a rogue document like a PDF that causes it to glitch.

Bit I don't think I have any pdfs saved onto here. And I don't have an SD card. Just the sim card

Do you have any documents or music saved to your phone?

You also might try installing GSam Battery and let it run for a couple days using your phone exactly as you normally would.
That should help to determine your rogue app.
