It's my first android phone, I am not familiar with this system, I need a app to edit pics.
Can you recommend me one?
Photo collage,photo edit,cut,rotate,effects,frames,etc,the more the better.
And combine photos into a .gif ,if the app can,

It's a app on windows phone, called PonyPhoto,I saw it on my friend's,I like this features and wander if there is a android version.
