My gallery shuffled my photos

My photos shuffled around through the different folders in the gallery. I have a rooted droid running Cyanogenmod 6.1 RC3. I would blame the rom but it did the same thing on Sapphire 1.1.4. I looked in the actual gallery folder files and they are all in the correct place but the gallery is putting them in the wrong folders when opened. I have tried clearing data and cache from the gallery as well as deleting the files from the thumbnail folder in DCIM. Any ideas?

Corrupt SDcard maybe, try reformatting it (save your stuff off it first).

i am having the same problem too. hope i don't have to reformat the SD card -_-*
