Were you installing something from the toolbox when this happen and are you rooted ?. Try taking the battery off then put it back on and turn the phone on .

It's called a bootloop. You'll need to do a factory reset. Hold home + power to turn it on. Press the search key when the triangle comes up. Choose factory reset.
