my droid wont start up :/

so i have the moto droid and it was acting kinda wonky last night (freezing,being non responsive) and i had to do a few battery resets,i had to charge it later that night and it became even worse (i couldnt do anything to the droid on hte charger or it would freeze) well after a battery reset from freezing it no longer will start up. the back light of the screen comes on but the moto symbol never comes up or anything,it just sits their with a black screen glowing,i have tried battery resets,charging it in the wall or computer and tried a factory reset but no buttons will respond so it didnt work so please guys HELP!!!
