my bad fc's on contacts

Hello i am a fan of this miui rom so i flashed the beta! The only problem is the one many people are having and saying to delete Telocationprovider.apk. I cant seem to do this. I used all different explorers from astro to root. It says its a read only file and i cant seem to do anything to it. I cant rename it, or delete it. Any help?

in root explorer...go to system/app
at the top of the screen should be a button [Mount R/O] change it to [Mount R/W] then try to delete it
