Musts for a new Droid owner

Okay so in a few weeks I will be getting the Droid. What are the top 5 things right out of the box i should do to it other than rooting it. Like apps, widgets....5 things that I must do to make this phone run the best and have the most fun with. Tell me what you guys think.

beautiful widgets is awesome. handcent has some good customization features. btunes if u dont like the stock music player. it looks exactly like the ipod one but it works pretty good. and pandora!
