Music Editor for Ring Tone

Need a Windows program that will allow me to take a song that I intend to use as a ring tone and edit the song to a 30 second or so clip.

Check out Audacity. I use it for the same purpose. You will also need to download the Lame for Windows for encoding.

There's also an app called Ringdroid that will let you edit the songs right on your phone
