Multiple Outlook Contact Folders - "Is there an app for that?"

In my line of work I have about 1200 contacts for work and about 40 personal contacts, they are both in seperate folders on my Outlook. Currently my HTC Incredible is syncing from a single folder, I don't see an option for multiple folders, does anyone have a hack or app for this? I am messing with Touchdown and see that it has categories, does that mean that it will leave my contacts in categories when they are updated?
