Multi digit speed dial

Ok 1 thru 9 is easy to do, but how does one speed dial multiple digits let's say 10 or higher? Thanks.

Did you try Phone|Menu|Speed Dial Setting? If so, what happened?

Hi, yes I have no problem setting the speed dial... It's using it I can't figure out like how do you speed dial "12" for example without it speed dialing "1" first?

to use "12" as a speed dial, first press "1" and then press and hold "2".
