MS Exchange (tasks / notes and email history

New to forum and Droid...longstanding Windows mobile user - but love new Droid...just a few issues.

Anyone figured out how to sync tasks and notes from Outlook?

Also is there a setting / change that allows syncing of emails > one month?

Download Touchdown from the App store. Much better Exchange client. And it allows you to create a signature as well as tasks, etc.
