mp3 download problem

Whenever i try to download an 3mp from my browser, the starting download pops up, but then it doesnt actually dlwnload the file
Any help?

Is this happening at more than one site? Have you tried a different browser?

What browser are you using to download mp3's? Whenever I try to download mp3's they play in the browser. I would prefer the downloading feature.

Ive used internet explorer, and chrome and its happening on both browsers on any site
