moving launcher icon?

...on the dock at the bottom of the home screen, (d2g on new gingerbread) its possible to swap out the first three icons, but can you move the launcher icon to a different slot than the far right? i cant seem to figure it out.

You can long press the first 3 icons/apps and replace them with something else. The app drawer icon stays on the right side.
