Moving Contacts From backup bootstrap backup to theory

I want to move contacts from my bootstrap backup to theory. Anyone know where the file is and if it can be moved. I had most of mine setup to backup with verizon unfortunately

Use a google account to store your contacts and never worry about it again. What ever it takes just do it. I think there is a way to even export them and import then into google.

Yeah I wont make that mistake again... Only using google from now on
