move a pic. to gallery

I got galaxy ring lately.
do you know how to move a picture in a message or in an email to a gallery?

You would need to save it to local storage and "the" Gallery should be able to find it if it, especially if you store it in the DCIM folder. The trick may be finding a way to save it.
