Mounting?

You should only need to mount /system. That's all I've (and others I've walked through installs) have done and have never had an issue.

Oh, right on. So when mounting, do I just select all the mounting option in clockwork?

I don't either but, when my manager wanted a ROM on his DX, I researched a lot. Can't be bricking your manager's phone! Haha!

We have OG Droids. They could use multiple recoveries so we have to rename each zip to "update.zip" before installing if not using Clockwork.

Not a dumb question. I rooted over a year ago. At that time, SPRecovery was the main recovery process used to install, backup, and restore. RM/CW were released later.
