Motorola Won't sync with outlook

I can't get my motorola phone to sync with our company outlook email. Everyone with samsungs works fine. Some motorola's can recieve emails and not send. My droid 2 won't sync... it says its unable to connect to the account.

Any thoughts??

Found out is has something to do with the SSL settings on the motorola electrify.. got my droid 2 to hook up... but still not sure where or what settings I should be dealing with.
