Motorola Electrify Time problem

So I have a friend with an Electrify on US Cellular or something like that, and every other day or so the time is reset back an hour or something like that. I tried finding some help, it was set to automatic time and everything, no 3rd party clock apps, but she did have the circle clock widget, and I told her to remove it and then re add it, but with no luck. She set it to manual now, and we have yet to see if it still does it. Anybody have a fix for it, or any other ideas?

It's an Electrify M by the way.. Or 2.. Or something.
