Motorola Droid Mini Screen Replacement DIY

So I've had a Droid Mini for about 4 months and have been really careful with it but alas, a couple days ago i dropped it onto concrete and the screen shattered. The main screen still has touch functionality but the three navigational buttons at the bottom either don't work or work spasmodically. I found an OEM Replacement screen and digitizer on ebay and am looking for some help doing the replacement myself. I am fairly savvy with DIY things and have limited experience with electronics and circuitry. I'm confident in my ability to not screw up my phone, I just need a little guidance as far as the Droid Mini specifically.

Good luck. I'm not good with DIY screen replacement. I dropped my Razr Maxx HD and tried to replace the screen myself and messed it up to no fixing. I'm getting a droid mini this week but hopefully I'll never half to replace the screen! Lol
