Motorola $49 battery replacement

Has anyone sent a RAZR series phone back to Motorola to have the battery replaced. They list the service for $49 on their web site. It seems like a good deal, since just buying the battery on Amazon is $50. If you sent it back, how was the service and how long did it take.

I haven't used the battery replacement service, but I did send it in to have a broken screen replaced. I had the phone back in about 1 week.

Thanks. It seems like a fairly priced and relatively fast service that Moto has. It helps alleviate my fear of non-replaceable batteries, at least for Moto. Their screen replacement cost might make me skip a case for the Mini that I plan to get when it comes out. I've never dropped a phone in the 12 or so years that I've had one, but I good to know that I can get one repaired if I have a first time accident.
