How do you download your pictures outta MotoCast, When I try to do it The message I'm getting says "Image is not available because your device or computer is off line"

Where do you see this message on your DROID 4? Are you in Gallery > MotoCast?

Your PC or Mac has to be online, and cannot be in sleep mode.

Are you signed in with the same MotoCast ID on both the DROID 4 and the computer?
