Nope. Like most new phones, the Z4 uses the new A/B partition type. Google implemented those changes years ago, and removed the system cache wipe option. There is no option to clear the system cache. You can use the Google Files Go app to clear system junk / cache files, otherwise you have to clear individual app cache manually
