With my previous phones (Droid Bionic and Droid Razr M) it took around 10 - 30 seconds to clear the system cache. Now, with my Droid Maxx (16GB) it takes around 1 minute to complete. My wife's 32GB Moto X takes 2 - 3 minutes to complete.
