Apparently so.View attachment 76933
AND a $40 activation fee.
Why else would BB offer contracts that VZW doesn't for the exact same price? Doesn't make sense.
I don't see that $40 device fee per month either.View attachment 76933

BB sells phone for $1 all the time. It's the contract they get paid for not the devices.$1.99 does seem too good to be true for a brand new phone. If there is some hidden $40 a month fee then that would explain how Best Buy is able to sell these this cheap and still make money

So am I. Sorry. I went back to get that screen grab. The payment plan was selected by default. I saw nothing about adding the access fee monthly like in your picture. I was already month to month and paying the $20 fee per month, including my paid-off, not from VZW Nexus 6p and my wife's new, on-payments S7.I'm talking about the 2 year contract option, Johnny. Not the Device Payment option that you have selected in your picture.
I'm not clear on how they get paid for it though? Unless Pere's right and they're going to double my line access fee, how do they make any money on the deal? If my VZW bill stays the same, I don't think VZW is going to pay BB on my behalf or anything.BB sells phone for $1 all the time. It's the contract they get paid for not the devices.
Enjoy your new phone Jonny. 'Bout time you got a Moto.So am I. Sorry. I went back to get that screen grab. The payment plan was selected by default. Worse case scenario, I'll keep an eye on my plan on the VZW site and My Verizon app. So far, it's still showing $20 line access fee for each of my lines.
14 day return policy, so if I notice the monthly payment get jacked up, I can return it within the window and think I should be safe to assume my line access fee will go back to $20 because it's supposed to be based on device.
Will do as long as they don't charge me $20 extra a month.Enjoy your new phone Jonny. 'Bout time you got a Moto.

Makes sense. Hope you're right. That's mean I just got a killer deal.I think I know what it is. NEW customers pay the $40. Existing pay $20.
I said New when running through it.
