moto G hang on log

i m using moto g and just installed a launcher from which it took a reboot
it took a start up n hand at the motorola logo
i tried with fastboot flash mode but no option is working
again it takes a restart n hand at hte logo

I got a solution u have to just start the cell on safe mode n then factory reset
