MOTO E cant restore apps

I don't know if its the right place to post, but I cant restore my apps from Titanium Backup. I was using the Recursion Remix ROM on My MOTO E (First gen) I backed up all my apps to the SD card using TB and flashed the official CM 13 ROM, now when I moved my app backups files (those .gz .apk files) to my internal storage, its not detecting the backup location, I searched for the whole device to find the backup location using preferences but it couldn't detect it. Also I noticed that instead of the .properties files, I have text files instead, I think there is some problems with the files. Any idea?

In Titanium Backup, under the Menu(top right), Import / Export, if you select Import backup (.TiBkp)..., do you see the option to select storage?
