Most efficient method of switching ROMs

Checking out new ROMS is cool and all....But a pain in the ass....especially with the time it takes to set up your phone how you normally like it.

So my question is: how do yall get this out of the way as fast as possible?

Im sure some of yall crackflashers have this down to a science.

I use Titanium Backup to backup all my apps and their data and I have all my contacts synced with GMail. Whenever I switch ROMs I just sign in to my Google account and the contacts sync, then download TiBu from the Play Store and restore all my apps. I use a different launcher than any of the ROMs come with so it restores the launcher app with all the widgets and app shortcuts already set up. In all it usually only takes me about 10-15 minutes to get my new ROM up and running pretty much just like the previous one.

The most time consuming part is usually exploring all the extra features that the new ROM you're trying has and getting those settings the way you like them.
