Modify New Posts Button?

On a few of the other vBulletin-based forums I'm a member of, the New Posts button only shows the threads that have been modified since the last time I hit the New Posts button. On this forum, it displays all thread modifications in chronological order....

Is there any way to change this?

The New Posts button, and the Active Posts button both just show the most recent threads that have been posted on.

The difference here is the "thread marking" setup, this forum is not configured to use teh database option, therefore it's not as accurate and doesn't function like most other sites, since the majority of them use the database option to mark threads.
