EB01 cleaned up dialer using YouMail for the voice mail button.

Based on changes in Adrynalyne's DL09 cleaned up dialer ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=940487 ) and a stock EB01 bloated deodexed ROM.
